The Supreme Court has been voting big time in favor of corporates and now current media rumors say that the Court will be true to form in WalMart vs. Duke and vote in favor of poor mega-million-dollar WM so it will not have to pay back multi-millions of dollars to all the women workers it has discriminated against over its many corporate years. Justice? Absolutely not.
Question: will NPWF take advantage of a no vote for Duke and all those brave women
and start a national/international boycott of WalMart by women in this country and around the world wherever WalMart functions? The strong stand of Duke vs. WM by these brave women goes deep into the fair and just workers' rights movement worldwide. WalMart's cheap business practices -- anti-union, unfair wages, no benefits, third world sweatshop-buying promoting slave labor with horrible human abuse, importing most of its cheap labor goods from China rather than use any of its multi-billions to promote jobs in our own country -- are wrong. Is it taxed? Like most of the giant corporations, probably not.
Ranked near the top as the richest people in the world, the greedy Walton family runs a terrible human rights company and needs to be brought down. It's no easy task because WalMart is in the business of selling cheap which average and low income earners love.
As the saying goes, "There's no wrath like that of a woman scorned". Will NPWF join
the fight against WM? It has begun and needs to go national and international
