A new dad who perhaps is a single parent needs to be able to take his charges to work with him and feed them also---yes even men can breast feed enfants with the proper hormone treatments but otherwise bottle feed them. It is cruel and bad parenting to otherwise to do so and employers need to take this into consideration so that a woman cannot be discharged(which she can be in many right to work states) over this issue.
