		<description>Yes, paid sick days are very important.  What is also important is being allowed to use them.  The company I work for has paid sick days, but we get written up if we use more than our boss (or his boss) thinks is appropriate.  Make sure if you get this law passed that protection is written into it to protect the people who need to actually use the sick days.</description>
